Printing

- If printing a PDF to a Postscript printer results in a page reading "ERROR: rangecheck, OFFENDING COMMAND: image" (or some variant thereof), then set Adobe Reader to use Postscript Level 2 (instead of 3) when printing to that device. Failing that, tell the print driver to "print as image." (Note, this will make the printing process considerably more time-consuming, but at least you'll get the printout.)
