Favicon

A favicon.ico is a 16x16 ICO-format image that lives in the 'docroot' of a site. Well, that's what it is if we want IE users to see it; otherwise we could use a 32x32 PNG. Ah well.
Irfanview, luckily for us, creates ICO files just fine.
